On here I read something about if you dont use the power resistor then you have to make sure the current put back into the battery can not exceed the charging on the battery or something? Is this possible, can I use this battery without a power resistor?

Hi yes that should work fine, though depending on how you are using it you could deplete that battery pretty quickly. What is the application?

As far as operating without a power resistor - I’m not so sure, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.
