I’m working on a project that requires 65 volts and i want to use the odrive. I looked up the mosfets used on the 48v version NTMFS5C628NL and searched digikey for a bigger one with the same footprint. I found an 80v 203 amp trench mosfet “NTMFS6H800NT1GOSCT-ND”.
It makes less heat also.
Has anyone done a fet swap? I know i’ll need to change other parts/software. what problems will i run into?
Make sure you also swap the other voltage dependend components like caps
