As a test, can you try going to http://127.0.0.1:5000 in a web browser? It should display “ODrive GUI Server” on the page. Normally, the debug output would show a missing dependency. In your case, it seems as though the server started correctly.
Check to see if there are Python instances running in the background. Sometimes if you open odrivetool it won’t close properly until you force close them
