CAN to USB adapter not showing on COM Ports

I used the CAN adapter via the odrive gui but now I am trying to write a python script to control it via the CAN adapter instead of an Arduino but the adapter is not showing in my COM port only on the serial bus. Is there drivers I’m missing?

I’m on windows 10.
