Can't connect to odrive

Hi,

I hope someone can help. I have been at this all day and very frustrated.

Well I am getting odrive tool but can’t connect to the odrive board. All i get is a message that loops: Could not open USB device. I can see odrive in device manger but not sure what to do. The odrive is V3.6 and is about 4 week old

Any help would be great

If you’re on windows install the Zadig utility to remove the usb error. https://zadig.akeo.ie/

…also make sure you don’t have 2 or more instances of odrivetool running at same time including the GUI
