Current best Absolute Encoder?


I need to avoid startup position hunting, as it seems many require.
Lots of searching and reading gives lots of problems with many absolute encoders…
Is there currently a reliable actually working well absolute encoder model and method to use please?

MA702 is what’s going on the ODrive v4. Of course you need differential signalling board in between any SPI encoder and the ODrive.
