i am currently working on designing the ODriver but i need to find a cheaper alternative For the 3-phase Gate Driver DRV8323 any suggestion so the firmware work probably ?

Unfortunately you’d need to do the firmware modifications yourself. However, it shouldn’t be too difficult to write a driver for the DRV8323 given the existing firmware.
