Have problem need to reinstall firmware

Hi,

i need to reinstall firmware nearly everyday, cause of odrive stops working…i have 48v 3.5 odrive board…i use 24v lipo and 6.5 inch hoverboard motor…after re install the firmware it is working sometime…then stops…can it be ground loop problem? Do i need to buy usb isolator? Or is it a hardware problem?

Could be a ground loop issue. Does it just not connect to the odrivetool anymore?

Right , no connection , i bought it from odrive .
Today i will try it with adum3160 isolator .i
