After almost 2 weeks I’m still not able to track the package ordered from the EU shop. I do realize the delicate situation with the virus, but still… The generic tracking site that you suggested does not recognize the number. Does anybody that ordered from EU shop know the exact carrier service that is used to deliver the package?
