How to create a chart esp32 like odrivegui

Hello everyone,
I am using an ESP32 to control the odrive. I would like to do a chart in chrome like the one is odrivegui.exe. Somebody knows how to do it. I have found the next website that show how to do a chart but I would like when goes to fast doesnt work properly.
