I ordered an Odrive for a flight simulator project in August and sadly my local postage service (Australia post) has informed me its gone missing and that UPS needs to start an investigation. i cant seem to do that myself. I have tried contacting you guys via your support email on your website as well as via facebook but had no reply. i have been really excited to use the odrive in my project as it fits my use case perfectly so i would very like to sort this out.
any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated
