I am able to calibrate the motor and put it position trap traj closed loop, but when commanding a position, i am getting the following error. Not sure how to debug this. I changed the power supply from two 12V car batteries (24V) to another power supply. Do you guys think the power supply might be causing it?
Yes some power supplies are very noisy at low currents (and some others are noisy at high currents)
However, you should first try a ferrite ring on the motor wires though - it could be that being referenced to mains earth is allowing the motor to act like an antenna.
