ODrive supports step/dir input, yes. The step rotation amount is configurable. You can see this page for the ODrive voltage and current limits: ODrive Comparison Table — ODrive Documentation 0.6.9 documentation

Thank you very much Sir! My basis for this question, is that I want to create an electromechanical transducer, such that I have a board that puts out the step dir signals which I would like to plug directly into the odrive board and have it translate the signal into a BLDC motor

Sure - that’ll work. ODrive S1 or Pro is your best bet, since they have isolated step/dir inputs, and have support for an external digital ENABLE signal.
