Overpowering Closed Loop Control

So I just have a little 12V 5A power supply with the 5065 motors for testing purposes. It calibrates just fine and I can put the ODrive into Closed Loop Control. If I over-power the motor it suddenly stops trying to hold position and rotates freely. From this point on, no commands seem to work and I can’t re-calibrate.

I apologize if there is any easy answer to this. I’m pretty new when it comes to this whole thing.

Your power supply is likely shutting down. 12V / 5A is only 60 watts. Make sure your motor.config.current_lim is below 5A
