Seems like my mcu failed to recognize drv8301?

Hello all,
I have been trying to make my custom odrive board and was not successful as below error keeps on.
Power supplied is 24V and no motor is ever connected to the driver.

My schematics based on kicad v6.0.10 is on my github page
Everything is pretty much the same as v3.5 version schematics except this one is designed to have 3 boards (MCU, M0, M1)

This is what it looks like.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
