Traction controll help

hi so i built my own robot with 4x4 hoverboard hub motors air filled type. i use 2x odrive v3.6 with fm 5.5. in im having trouble trying to send and recieve hall sensor data. im trying to get odrive to recognize one wheel slipped and transfer power accordingly

anyone have success with traction control

i got it to work with thermistors seeing how my hub motors had built in thermistors i got it to transfer load away from hottest if gets about certain temp

You need to do this with a higher level controller that’s able to see both of the speeds. Thermistor is an interesting way to detect an increase in torque and decrease in speed :stuck_out_tongue:
