Unable to run odrive tool

Hi

Im bought a new Odrive v3.6 24 V

I have installed odrive using "pip install odrive’ and installation was successful. I have also updated the driver using Zadig as per instructions on the webpage.

but while running odrive, i am getting the following message.

I had the same problem. For me the solution was to install everything in base and run it also from there.
