Unknown phase estimate error, phase unbalance error

I’m using odrive d5312s motor with v3.6 24-volt variant, after completing the calibrations when trying to enter into the closed loop control it is showing unknown phase estimate, some times it is showing unbalanced phase error

There could be many reasons for this.

Check that encoder and motor cables are connected properly. Did you do motor and encoder calibration?

This error usually means that motor cables have too high resistance. They can be too long, too thin or not connected to ODrive properly.
