Wrong item in the order STLink instead of Encoder

I ordered the 8192 Encoder (Order #3511) but got the ST Link and Extension Cable instead. The other items in the order were okay.
I’ve been trying to reach on the email info@odriverobotics.com (3 emails in the last 3 days + 1 tweet + facebook message) but gotten no response.

I don’t mind paying for the ST Link that has been delivered, but how do I get in touch with the ODrive team to sort this out? Is there some other way to contact for this kind of thing?
