A lot of error occur at the same time after running on high load

Hello!, I’m using odrive v3.6 56v with 5.1 firmware. I cant upgrade firmware to the latest because i have to use the old ascii command. When the motor run with high load high speed.A lot of errors occur at the same time as below. i wonder what possible can cause these errors to happen. so i can check it.

GENERAL:NONE
MOTOR:

  • UNKNOWN_PHASE_ESTIMATE
  • BAD_TIMING
  • I_BUS_OUT_OF_RANGE
  • CONTROLLER_FAILED
  • FET_THERMISTOR_OVER_TEMP
  • MOTOR_THERMISTOR_OVER_TEMP
  • CURRENT_SENSE_SATURATION
  • PHASE_INDUCTANCE_OUT_OF_RANGE
    ENCODER:NONE
    CONTRL:NONE
    DRV ERROR : NONE

here is parameter.

current limit: 60
velocity limit: 55
Trajectory vel limit: 50
Trajectory accel limit:55
Trajectory decel limit: 55
pos gain: 65
vel gain: 0.4
vel integrator gain: 0.1
control mode:Position
requested current range: 90
current control bandwidth: 2000
current limit margin: 20
velocity limit tolerance: 1.2
brake resistance: 2.2ohm
under voltage trip level: 48v
overvoltage trip level 59.92
enable brake resistor:True
dc max negative current: -0.014
enable dc bus overvoltage ramp: False
dc bus overvoltage ramp start: 59.92

thank you.

With that many errors happening at the same time, I’m going to guess you’re getting some sort of brown-out. How much power can your PSU supply?

5,100w with 51v 100A
My assumption is that When the motor changing direction and stop gearbox from moving immedietly. With load and moving acceleration Gearbox arm start to swing with a result of a backlash. Generate a harmonic force to the motor. Is it possible that odrive crash because of oscilating load?

thank you for answer.
