use Zadig to install usb driver, I can not find “ODrive 3.6 Native Interface”

When I use odrive first time ,I can not install usb driver“ODrive 3.6 Native Interface”. sever days I connent
PCB It was fine,It install “ODrive 3.6 Native Interface” it can work nomal,but today It is not work,I am very confuse , *What do I need to do to fix it

Hello,I face the same problem as you.I want to ask if you have already solved this problem and how?

Is the device powered? ODrive v3.x need external (DC±) power to connect.
Is there any sound when the USB is connected/disconnected?
Do either of the Native or CDC Interfaces show in Device Manager?

Thanks for your answer.I have tried to apply 5V, 12V, and 20V DC power to the device, but I still cannot find the device.After the device is powered on, the PWR on the board is lit. There is no sound when connecting the device USB to the PC, and it cannot be found in the device manager.

I solved this problem by rewriting the firmware.

Great! Out of curiosity, which firmware version were you running before, and what firmware version did you flash to fix this?
