I have a board that appears to have a manufacturing issue. This is my fourth drive board, and the encoder does not appear to work on axis 0. I have swapped motors and encoders, and the problem tracks the axis. I have resoldered my connections and inspected the board, but cannot see anything wrong with the PCB. I have hardware version 3.6. How can I return the PCB for analysis and get a replacement unit?
