Can I use this motor (kde8218xf-120) with Odrive?

Hello,

I have two of these motors


and would like to know, if I can use them Odrive? Of course with limited power. I like the idea using
high pole motor with more torque. To mount the encoder is my part, of course, but I think everything else should be the same, or?

That should work. That’s a high pole pair count but I don’t see any reason why it won’t work. Make sure you get a good encoder, the 8192 cpr CUI from the ODrive shop at least.
