Cannot see Odrive in RUN Mode after successfully flashing firmware

So I started on windows with my version 3.6 Boards, but I had the USB connectivity issue discussed in this thread Odrivetool "Could not open USB device"
image

I followed this guy’s advice, and I was able to use ODrivetool and start the configuration for my motor. For a few beautiful hours, everything seemed to be working.

The next day, I could no longer see my Odrive with the tool or in the device manager. Following some online guides, I tried using the various Windows tools to reset the firmware. I flipped the DFU switch, and I used Zadig to set the STM32 Driver as recommended by the guide. DFuse wouldn’t see my board, and STM32Cube would connect to the board, but then it wouldn’t write.

Considering that all of my headaches had been on Windows, I decided to switch to Linux.

This is the output for “odrivetool dfu”. Next I tried to flash using a .hex file.

This output recommends that I use an STLink, so I followed the guide for flashing new firmware with an STLink. This seems to have run successfully!

From here, however, I do not know what to do. I unfortunately cannot see the board in normal RUN mode on either Windows or Linux. I checked the drivers with the DFU switch on windows, and found that it had changed the driver to libusb.

Is there anything I can do so I can see the board in RUN Mode again??

On Linux, what do you see in sudo dmesg -w when you plug in the ODrive in RUN mode?

Ok, Im just gonna copy and paste all of it. I apologize its ugly. Just rebooted, SSH in, plugged and unplugged the Odrive while in RUN Mode, then cycled the Odrive power, but I’m not seeing any messages about the Odrive

This is after plugging in the ODrive with the DFU switch.

Which version of the firmware did you flash to the board? Was it the correct one for this board? Did you download the .hex file or did you compile it yourself?

Following this guide on how to flash the firmware with an STLink, I flashed the 3.6-56V.elf file from here for my 3.6 board. The firmware seems to write correctly (screenshots in my first post), and I can see the driver change for the STM32 BOOTLOADER, but I just can’t see it in RUN mode
