I have some 56V Odrive v3.6. These boards have been shipped originally by firmware 0.5.1.
With 0.5.1 I can do the encoder calibration process and z-index search. But when I flash the board to v0.5.3 or v0.5.4 the z-index search is not working and it seems that there is a problem even with full calibration. Switching to POSITION_LOOP state moves the motor a few degrees out of place and velocity commands are also not applying at all. Is there any configuration differences between 0.5.1 and the newer ones?
