EU shop very poor service

EU order placed, and paid, but no update in 10 days, nobody responding to email. Can someone who cares about paying customers please explain why my money was taken but no word on my order ?

Thx for the prompt response, I have tried emailing info@odriverobotics.com which is where my invoice and receipt came from. I am using the same email address as is linked to these forums .
