[LEGACY_OBJ] protocol failed with 3 - propagating error to application

After connecting the odrive i cannot seem to run any of the following commands

odrv0.reboot()
odrv0.erase_configuration()

It seems throw back this error
[LEGACY_OBJ] protocol failed with 3 - propagating error to application

Can anyone suggest what is going on

That’s a harmless error that may occur on reboot. You can ignore it.

Is there a way to prevent the error from showing?

I think it goes away if you set the driver to WinUSB in zadig?
