I’m looking for some battery recommendations. Which batteries I can use to power up 48V and deliver 20 amps to each BLDC (48V 1000W 20A) connected to it?

Check out some of the batteries used for RC planes and quads, as an example. That being said, be aware that ODrive has no fuses built-in and those batteries usually don’t either, so you’ll want to add external ones for safety.
