Motors current doesnt exceed 0.5

Hello everyone.
Hope you are having great time. I have a quick question.
I use 30A batteries to run my motor. I set the max current to 10A on Odrive. But when I observe the current on motor, it does not exceed 0.5A

How can I increase the current that motor takes
