Odrive cannot encoder with index signal when using 24V power

Everything is fine when using 12V power ,no matter where the motor is started, it will turn to the index signal. But when using 24V ,odrive cannot encoder with index signal .The same configuration in both cases.I‘m confused.
i use odrive 3.5
The motor is T-motor U10 PLUS
The battery looks like that

Have you checked for error codes?

yes，but error codes is 0x00.
