Hello, I would like to make a claim, the company of which I am a part has bought 8 odrive, of which 6 work correctly, but we have problems with 2 of them. They are not recognized by window 10, one detects it as an unknown device and the other does nothing. the one who does nothing came with the light burned out when they brought him from the US. Where do I go to make a claim about this?

The one that is detected as “unknown” device can maybe be saved by flashing it with an STLinkV2.
