Odrive S1 driver is IN CLOSE LOOP but motor not moving

I have configured odrive in Ramp Velocity mode

As I enter in close loop give Velocity like 10 - 15 rev/s after few seconds motor get stop and not a single error occupied or showing even Close Loop led also blinking green but motor is not moving.

This definitely sounds like an issue with the encoder slipping. What encoder are you using, and could you share some pictures of how it’s mounted?
