ODrive S1 status light stuck orange

Hello,
I have an Odrive S1 I just attempted to connect to and the status light failed to change from orange to blue and my computer did not recognize it on the USB port. I tried another ODrive S1 that came in the same order and used the same cable and it worked no problem. I put the problematic one into DFU mode and connected with odrivetool dfu and upgrade firmware and this worked. However, when going back to run mode it fails to get recognized still.

Hi! So just to confirm, you were able to successfully DFU update the non-working STM32, but then the status light failed to turn from orange to blue? Could you let me know your original order number?

Yes I was able to switch it to DFU mode and perform the upgrade. However after switching back to run mode it failed to connect to the computer or even mount in device manager at all.
