PC is not recognizing the controller

Hi,

I have used the controller with my PC. It was perfectly working until something had happened to it.
Now when I connect my controller with my PC, it doesn’t recognize it and give an error message.
Is there anyone who can help me out with this problem?

Hi Abdul, what error message do you get?

The error says: “The last USB device connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.”

This is the error I get on connecting the controller. But my another controller of the same model works fine.
Kindly guide me. Thank You!

Did you use Zadig and install libusb0(v1.2.6.0) driver for the Odrive 3.6 Native Interface?
