POLE_PAIR_CPR_MISMATCH M8325 motorcalibration

We are having issues with the calibration of our M8325 motors with S1 Boards. Once trying to calibrate the motor it shows the Error POLE_PAIR_CPR_MISMATCH (Procedure error POLE_PAIR_CPR_MISMATCH. It looks like Motor > Pole Pairs should be 0. Please consult your motor datasheet and update the configuration.)

Since we are using standard M8325 motors which have 20 pole pairs this error makes no sence to us.
If we set the Pole pairs to 0 anyways it shows the following error:
error in action: Unsupported operation: NaN.round()

We have 2 same motors and S1 Boards and the Issue appears on both setups. We tried setting the Board up with 2 different Laptops and cables.

We use the internal encoder and dont use a thermistor yet. The Motor ist mounted on the steel plate which comes with the motor.

We can’t figure the problem out.

Any advice would he helpful.

Hi! Can you show the exact setup and calibration steps you’re using? Pictures of your mechanical setup, as well as screenshots of ODrivetool or the GUI of your configuration would be very very helpful.
