Questions about new Odrive Botwheels

Referring to this product

I’ve needed wheels about this size for my robot for a while, and it needs position feedback.

One major problem I had was that even with an index the wheels had to move to calibrate on startup. In my application my robot cannot move around right when it’s started, it needs to be able to turn on and go to drive mode. Would these be able to start up without a calibration or index search move?

If so, which versions of Odrive would this be possible with? Which ones would they not work well with?

Are there any particular settings I need to be aware of to make this possible?

Is there, or will there be, an example configuration that works well with these?
