I’ve been noticing this happen, when the oDrive trips and performs a shutdown, nearly everytime after a power cycle to recover and calibration has finished the motor will spin at high speed then cause another trip and shutdown.
Usually a power down of around 20 seconds will allow a successful recovery, however I do occassionally note that even after several minutes it can still power up and spin after calibration to then trip and shutdown again.
The last time this happened, I eventually removed the motor during power off and powered the oDrive back on, obviously without the motor to drive it didn’t retrip and was able to finally recover and I reconnect the motor.
Do you use encoder index pulse, and/or set encoder.pre_calibrated to true?
