According to this page here, if I want to use an RLS Orbis encoder, it must be 14-bit singleturn. When purchasing a RLS encoder however, the options I have are
14B - 14 bit per revolution
14M - 14 bit single turn + 16 bit multiturn
I’m wondering which is supported, since the 14B says nothing about single turn and the 14M sites an additional 16 bit multiturn
The reason I’m asking is that we recently bought a 14B, and after hooking it up to the Odrive Micro and configuring, no rotation data is being recieved.
The micro reports a status of NOMINAL for the encoder, with no errors
