USB errors on two laptops but not on desktop

No problem using odrivetool on my desktop - now trying to work from a laptop on our plant floor. Tried using a Razer and a Dell and keep getting this message:

←[91;1m11:48:30.279834000 [USB] Could not claim interface :slight_smile: on USB device: -12←[0m

Any thoughts?

Make sure you have that interface in Zadig set to libusb, not WinUSB.

Always interesting hearing the word “Plant Floor” with ODrive. Would be interested to know what it’s being used for.
