Using power resistor

Hi,
I’m using the ODrive 24V with Maxon ec42 flat 50W and I’m having issues with braking.
Right now I’m using a power supply, not a battery.
When braking at high speeds the dc voltage rise above the limit and the motor trips.
For some reason, the generated voltage from braking does not go in the connected power resistor but to the power supplier…
Are there any parameters in the config that I should modify to have the power disposed into the power resistor?

(The resistor doesn’t heat up at all and no voltage seems to go through it on the multimeter)

<odrv>.config.brake_resistance must be set correctly.

Isn’t this automatic?
@Wetmelon

Nope. Its in ohms. There is no closed loop feedback on the brake resistor output at this time
