Make sure you’re plugged into Axis 0 for the both the encoder and motor

  • I did, and now I have a new error .ENCODER_ERROR_CPR_POLEPAIRS_MISMATICH

this encoder doesn’t need a pull-up resistor, but the ODrive does.i will use heds-9140-b00 to replace aedt-9810-z00.
