I want to control a PMSM motor directly with my own PWM signals, bypassing existing control modes on the ODrive Pro. Is there any possible and safe way to do this? I have skimmed through the API but cannot find any relevant info.

This is definitely not something we support, due to the danger involved. However, for some applications we may be open to providing firmware availability under NDA, allowing you to implement this functionality yourself.
