I’m using an ODrive v3.6 with a 100KV odrive M8325s motor and I’m getting a recurring DRV_FAULT.
Behavior:
- After erasing config and re-calibrating, the motor works fine in open loop.
- After some time (or after saving config), DRV_FAULT appears again.
- Re-calibration temporarily fixes it, but the issue always returns.
- Wiring and connections are fine, and motor spins normally before the fault.
I’m not sure if this is related to configuration parameters, current limits, power/regeneration issues, or hardware.
Has anyone seen this kind of repeating DRV_FAULT behavior?
I have tested multiple solutions but not getting the rid of the error.
Any suggestions on what to check would be helpful?
