Encoder not working

I’m trying to running position control using AS5047p all calibration sequences went well but when set requested_state = CLOSED_LOOP_CONTROL, missing estimate is reported after 1 rev of the motor. I tried all of the control modes on web gui and all of the modes returns the same missing estimate error. Also, the position plot will show the correct values when manually spinning the motor and gets back to zero automatically after stop spinning it. What could be causing the error?
