Not being able to connect to GUI since firmware update

Hi, since I updated the firmware of my ODrive Pro from 0.6.9-1 to 0.6.10, I can no longer connect to my ODrive Pro via GUI, which gives me the following error when trying to connect:

The board works perfectly fine with the odrivetool, but cannot connect to the GUI. Is there a way to fix this?

Hmm, strange. What OS and web browser are you using?

Windows 11 and Microsoft Edge. Before the firmware update there was no problem with this setup using the GUI. When opening the GUI web address, a window would appear to pair the device, after clicking Pair it would give me this error.

I tried to connect now with another board (with previous firmware), and I get the same error. Do you think this is because the USB driver was changed with Zadig? Right now the Native Interface 2 has the libusb0 (v1.4.0.0) driver.

Oh - definitely the issue. You shouldn’t use Zadig for the new-generation ODrives (S1/Pro/Micro) (other than perhaps DFU mode if you haven’t installed the new bootloader yet).

This outlines how to remove Zadig:

Ahh I see. I had to use Zadig because during the installation of the new bootloader it didn’t recognize the device without changing the driver. I will do the removal of Zadig and see how it goes. Thanks!

Makes sense, please let me know how it goes!
