I’m looking transitioning from ODrive 3.6 to ODrive Pro.
Reading through the docs for the ODrive Pro, there doesn’t seem to have the option to save encoder calibration for absolute encoders like the ODrive 3.6 does. Has this feature been removed or has this just been abstracted away?
If the feature still exists, where is the documentation for this?
On ODrive Pro (and S1), the calibration is automatically saved, you don’t have to say “pre_calibrated = True” anymore.
Just step through the configuration steps in the web gui, run the calibrations, and then save configuration. With an absolute encoder on the motor it should be able to go straight into operation when commanded, on the next boot.
