Getting BAD_TIMING and CONTROL_DEADLINE_MISSED errors

We are having an issue with building firmware. This is a build that we were previously able to build, several months ago. It was derived from FW version 0.5.4 (v3.6-56V). We are now getting a tup error when building with Windows, exactly the same as the one referenced at Firmware Build Tup Error. We tried troubleshooting the tup steps, but didn’t get anywhere.

We tried building in Linux (Ubuntu 22.04), and everything successfully built. However, now we’re getting BAD_TIMING and CONTROL_DEADLINE_MISSED errors when calibrating the motor.

Previous builds worked fine, with no errors. Same firmware.

Any help is much appreciated.
